Income Property Bathroom Remodel

The prior owner of this property performed some work that was very inconsistent with current building standards. The new owner is using this home as an income property.

The bathroom is a good example of the importance of hiring licensed contractors.

When I opened up the wall to install new hot / cold shut off valves. I found the sink drain stack vented inside the wall. Instead of venting out the roof. Needed to correct that.
New roof jack vent stacks.
Electrical wiring under the house that needed to be corrected.

New hot / cold water lines. Drain vent corrected.
New Moen water valve installed.
There was a great deal of sheetrock repair needed. After repairs where made the entire bathroom was re-textured.
Tile work in progress. White 6"x 6" ceramic tile is being set over a Schluter Systems waterproof membrane.
Tile backer board for tile floor installed. New shower pan installed. Walls re-framed. Drain vent stack relocated. The drain stack had been venting inside the attic. One of many odd things that needed to be corrected in the project.
